Michelle is passionate about Pilates who recently embarked on her teaching journey. Drawing inspiration from her experience in aerial arts, she incorporates the principles of Joseph Pilates into every class. She believes these six guiding principles are the foundation of a strong, healthy body and a focused mind.
Her approach focuses on fostering body awareness through mindful movement, helping students build strength, flexibility, and proper posture. Inspired by her aerial training, she integrates elements of flow and fluidity into her sessions, creating a dynamic and balanced experience. Michelle is committed to create a supportive environment where students can work toward their individual goals while deepening their connection to their bodies and breath.
Outside the studio, she continues to explore her aerial arts practice, constantly refining her skills and staying connected to the joy of movement.
